Adam D’Achille
Adam started in construction early, picking up shingles and nails as a kid, and eventually worked full-time for his family’s roofing and remodeling company, gaining valuable experience in interior and exterior construction. After college, he spent over a decade in the insurance industry, learning everything from selling insurance to settling catastrophic claims of all types and sizes around the country. Adam specializes in creative solutions for estimating and negotiating. He enjoys sharing how he enters the mind of an adjuster to work with our insurance counterparts and effectively earn positive results.
Jared Milam
Jared spent years with a major carrier as a local adjuster and on the catastrophe team handling everything from hail and hurricane claims to water and fire losses. As an experienced independent and public adjuster, he has handled everything from small residential to multi-million dollar commercial claims. He is excited to share his experience with you to help you better understand the world of insurance claims.
